Rarity

Rarity is determined by various categories of traits. These traits may be the skin color of the Bot, hair color or the Bot, pupil color, and/or any type of visual traits a Bestia may have. Additionally, different traits include the attire of the Bestia including cloth, shoes, accessories, and background colors. By offering certain traits more than another, the Bestia NFT created with more rare traits translates to higher levels of rarity. Below is the trait chart to demonstrate the outcome of a rarity on a set of NFTs based on the scarcity of traits or vice versa.

An NFT ID with more scarce traits results in a lower percentage of being in existence which scores higher in rarity.

For example, let’s assume that rainbow fur on a Bestia character is a trait that’s available to 25% of the periodic theme. However, only 25% of the glowing fur is available within the rainbow fur traits. That means only 6.25% (25% x 25% based on the statistical rarity formula) of the glowing rainbow fur is available for this particular trait of the cap. This rarity structure applies through various traits to compose Bestia NFTs with a different rarity. This difference in rarity is determined by the performance of a user reaching the daily goal(s). The rarity points of each Bestia NFT mean earning a certain amount of Swole when paired while health actions are executed.

Total NFTs = Total Bestia NFTs during a Periodic Theme which is 15,000

Trait Rarity Score = TRS

Trait Class Weight Factor (W) = Total NFTs / Total Number of Traits under a class

  • Trait Class TRS (C) = W / (amount of sub traits under the trait class / Total number of Traits under a class)

  • Trait Class TRS based on the amount of Total NFTs (P) = W / (amount of sub trait under the trait class / Total NFTs)

  • TRS based on all existing traits during the Periodic cycle (t) = W / (amount of sub trait under the trait class / total amount of existing trait during the periodic cycle)

  • Total TRS (T) = ((W / (amount of sub trait under the trait class / Total number of Traits under a class)) + (W / (amount of sub trait under the trait class / Total NFTs)) + (W / (amount of sub trait under the trait class / total amount of existing traits during the periodic cycle))) / 3 or (C+P+t) / 3 Therefore the total Rarity Score for an NFT is the sum of the total TRS of all of its trait classes.

Therefore the total Rarity Score for an NFT is the sum of the total TRS of all of its trait classes.

Below is the table demonstrating the formula;

The table is demonstrating the trait rarity score of a Bestia NFT with certain distinctive traits simulated and indicated via the far-right column of TRUE and FALSE. As a result, the simulated Bestia NFT resulted in a total Trait Rarity Score of 2657.84.

Hence, when this Bestia NFT is minted to your library of NFT collections, you’ll receive 26.58 (total TRS / 100) Swole tokens from Bottley based on the effort you spend on exercise. When this Bestia NFT is put on sale, the suggested floor price is 2657.84 SWL.

In addition to selling, and buying a Bestia NFT(s), there are various in-game items you can purchase. As previously mentioned, Revive Pill is an item that you can purchase to revive the perishing Bestia during the 15 days of evolving and minting period. A user may purchase various settings (Ley) in which the Bestias will be displayed. Outer attire with certain Trait Scores can be also purchased and added to your currently evolving Bestia not only to add more value to itself but also to increase the amount of receiving Swole tokens when exercising. Let’s take the Bestia with a total TRS of 2657.84 for example, as you can see there is room for improvement for Trait classes of A, D, and E. However, you can’t just purchase any item, as items will not be available until the Bottley algorithm finds that there will be leftover inventory based on the overall performances of the cohort of the users in this particular periodic theme cycle. Let’s assume that this was the case with Trait A, and Bottley offers 238 Trait A.1 attires out in the Bazaar. The ideal market price of Trait A.1 would be the P-value of the Trait divided by 2, in this case, 8.66 SWL.

Say you purchased the Trait A.1, which will add the value of 26.40 total TRS value hence, your Bestia NFT’s rarity boosted by that much from 2657.84 to 2684.24,

2684.242657.84=26.402684.24 - 2657.84 = 26.40

and therefore,

((26.408.66)/8.66)100=204.85((26.40 - 8.66) / 8.66) * 100 = 204.85%

That's 205% in gain from the investment. This is much of a value if you are planning to sell the Bestia in near future.

Increased Rarity vs SWL earnings;

How this added rarity will contribute to earning SWL tokens will be explained after more development.
